These soaps are made predominantly from palm fat and palm kernel which are important for the mildness, richness and creaminess of the soap. The skin friendly sheep’s wool fat lanolin is also used to moisturise and make the skin supple. The most important ingredient is of course the sheep’s milk which is not only soothing for sensitive skin but also gives the soap a wonderful creamy consistency. The soap is produced, as far as is possible, without chemical additives, but the use of preserving agents is simply necessary to stop the soap from going rancid.
